Service was slow, bunch of young kids running it as well as the kitchen, it was more of a social hour for the employess all playing around and not serving customers, 2 people walkes out food was burnt, very dissatisfied....will not be going back there

Best pizza I have had in years.

Pretty bad calzone and cheese steak. If I wasn't in the Poconos I would rate it a 1 star. Most food in the Poconos is pretty bad compared to philly, ny or jersey. Bring your own food to arrowhead lake. Your better off.

nice place..super friendly staff.. tried the stuffed ravioli and the mozzarella sticks..as well as a slice of the pepperoni pizza! 🍕🍕 all of it had good flavor.. even the marinara sauce which nowadays is often bland.. price was good..! definitely recommend this placedon't let the strip mall that it's in turn u off many stores are for rent.. this place was nice to eat in..🙋🏻‍♂️

Pizza was delicious!Many varieties including vegan .My husband who is vegan got a veggie pizza.My sister in law got a ham and pineapple with ricotta it was fabulous.

The pizza was good. If you are from the Poconos you know there is no good pizza. This place is definitely worth the pilgrimage to the other end of 940. I was very pleasantly surprised.

First time dining here, visiting from Long Island. Had the Veal Parm dinner. It was really very good. Nice size portions. Prices are very reasonable. Casual pizzeria style atmosphere. Place was packed so that should say it all.

Excellent service, very friendly. Fast food, even faster workers. Service with a smile. I go out of my way just to come to this pizza restaurant!

This place is amazing! The young lady we had was very attentive and sweet. We were visiting the area and didn't know their food specials so she walked us through everything on the menu. The food was excellent and the wings are GREAT! Didn't expect much because of location but this is truly a place you where "Never judge a book by it's cover" wins.

Walked in at 9:20pm on a Saturday night. Staff advised us that they were only serving take out pizza... 40 minutes before close. I can’t comment on the quality of their food, but I can say any business that turns away customers 40 minutes before close on a Saturday should make you reconsider.

Food was not the best outside the pizza. Pizza was pretty good though.

Tucked in the corner of a tiny strip mall, easy to miss...BUT...pizza is amazing! Friendly, fast service! Now, I just need to know how far they deliver (I'm in Cresco)so I can have this amazingness more often!

Ordered pizza and garlic knots. I was told 45 minutes. Picked up pizza 35 minutes later and it was cold. I was also shorted a garlic knot.

I can't explain how good the pizza and sub was here!! We are 2 hours away from thos place, but will definitely drive again for their pizza and sub!! ❤

I've been in Lake Harmony for a week and this was this most enjoyable meal I've had. My only regret is that it took until my last night to find this restaurant. The place was very busy as I'm sure Friday nights usually are. Our server Tati was very attentive as were the other servers. I highly recommend Papa Santo's and will definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

Consistently delicious. Terrific pies and stromboli. Family owned with a crew that works their tail-ends off. Whether you eat in it take out, this place is a legitimate neighborhood pizzeria experience.

I love papa Santos pizza but only when the nephew makes it! Sorry this is my opinion as I've purchased pies and I could tell he did not make it! So if he's not there I purchase elsewhere. The buffalo wings are good as well as the shrimp pasta and sausage and peppers sandwich.

Wait staff is horrendous! They DON'T wear masks to cover their mouths/noses, neither do the behind the counter workers! They wear them like chin straps! The waitresses hoot and holler with one another and ignore the patrons! It's horrible!!! I reviewed this place 9 months ago, it was great! It no longer is worth the trip at all!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Asked for mushrooms in stromboli got onions, asked got extra mayo on sub got none, waitress had no idea what she was doing, appetizer platter was a huge disappointment.......waitress threw away rest of food without asking if we were done or wanted it to go...horrible...never again..don't waste your money here. Staff didn't care. Manager didn't care that his waitress messed up everything....I'd give them zero stars if possible

The stromboli and mozzarella sticks are great. The waitress was super nice -- great service.

Terrible. The waitress asked how it was and I told her our calzone was COLD in middle and burnt black underneath. She asked if we wanted it back in the oven! No thanks It was hard enough to cut with 3 ppl it's a shame because we were told best place around. $25 for a burnt cold calzone. What's sad is it had could of been great! No discount no nothing and we tipped.

Maybe their pizza is better but their chicken alfredo tastes like playdoh noodles in a flour sause. The chicken tasted like it was seasoned with water and left out in the sun for 300 days to dry out. Its a no from me.

We planned a visit to Papa Santo's Pizza before our weekend vacation with our kids to Thornton. We were not disappointed! Our waitress was patient & efficient even on a busy Friday night. We dined with our 4 children and everyone enjoyed their dinners. They were extra accomodating to make me a Vegetable Special Pizza without cheese, Very Thankful for that! Our kids loved their Plain Pizza, Cheesesteak stromboli, pasta dishes and mozzarella sticks. Papa Santo's had plenty of menu items to choose from for all of us. To summarize, our youngest asked us mid dinner, "Can we eat here again tomorrow?" Well done Papa Santos, thank you for an enjoyable time & tasty dinner during our Family Winter Vacation!

Ordered the Marie Monte online menu says Shrimp, clams scallops... Served with salad and bread...When I open the container there was red sauce two of the tiniest clams I’ve ever seen, two shrimp and a bunch of teeny tiny little scallops, peppers, broccoli, spaghetti sauce and pasta....!!! Specifically ordered the seafood because I cannot have peppers spaghetti sauce or pasta... SUPRISE !!!😡

Food is delicious and is priced fair. There is a blond waitress who is absolutely pleasant, polite and excellent at what she does.

Review based on food opinions of 2 adults and 3 offspring ... Eggplant Parm gets 5 stars from an adult, and Chicken Parm gets 4 stars from adult (wonderful fresh bread, plentiful cheese and sauce). Meatball sub was 3 stars from an offspring (bread to bulky and hid meatballs), chicken parm was 2 stars from an offspring (chicken was smaller strips and not crispy/breaded enough with too much cheese) and pizza slices of plain cheese got a 1 star from an offspring (cheese was too sharp and salty).

Delicious! Everything from the appetizers to the dessert were amazing! So good! The sauces on the entrees were perfect and the prices were very fair. No complaints, we would definitely come back here. O and BYOB!
